1.Characteristic and usage

EA-7709J is a type of amino molding compound. It is suitable for injection process with good performance, and also for transfer or compression process. It has excellent electric leakage resistance and arc resistance, have simultaneously certain impact and heat-resistance. Its environment protective properties is leading in China mainland, relative index meet the standard of 《The properties of gas emission in VW50180 automatic inner parts 》of German Volkswagen Auto Company. It is applied in manufacturing the automatic structural parts, especially higher environment protective auto inner parts; low-volt electric insulation parts which need higher impact strength、higher wearable properties、better heat-resistance、colorful and must be made from thermosetting plastic; low-volt electric structural parts which need no corrosion to free ammonia and formaldehyde (mainly preventing the insulation material to corrode the silver electrode ); accessory of dishware and kitchenware which need functionality demand including no melting 、no dissolving and affording high temperature, and ornamental demand which has colorful performance. The appearance of the product submits granular shape. We can offer all color series of products according to the customer requirements. The product was recognized as "Shanghai high technology result transform item" by Shanghai High Technology Result Transform Recognize Office in June 2000.

Note:After moulding material is preheated, must join the mould 20-40 second then exhaust air in mould to add again to press.

5.Package and storage

This product is packed the bag of brown paper of lining damp proof paper bag and polybag or weave plastic bag, net weight is 25kgs. We pack to indicate product type, batch number and weight, make date sign.

This product is unfit for to be made moist and be heated, should be stored in the storehouse of dry ventilation, must not be near fiery source and radiator or by sunlight, store the day that expected from production to rise to be one year, exceed to store issue, according to function target requirement, inspect qualified can still use continuously.
