EA-7504J

1.Characteristic and usage

EA-7504J is a type of amino molding compound modified by phenol, which is added fiberglass as reinforcement. It is suitable for injection process with good performance, and also for transfer or compression process. It has excellent electric leakage resistance and arc resistance and heat-resistance. The appearance of the product submits shape of powder granular. We can offer all color series of products according to the customer requirements. The product has very low ammonia.

Note:After moulding material is preheated, must join the mould 20-40 second then exhaust air in mould to add again to press.

5.Package and storage

This product is packed the bag of brown paper of lining damp proof paper bag and polybag or weave plastic bag, net weight is 25kgs. We pack to indicate product type, batch number and weight, make date sign.

This product is unfit for to be made moist and be heated, should be stored in the storehouse of dry ventilation, must not be near fiery source and radiator or by sunlight, store the day that expected from production to rise to be three months, exceed to store issue, according to function target requirement, inspect qualified can still use continuously.
