1.Characteristic and usage

EA-5559J is an injection phenolic molding compound that has heat-resistance. It has a variety of colors including black、red、green、yellow and grey etc. It is produced by our own patent technology (ZL95111743.3) with high long-diameter ratio inorganic and glassfiber reinforcement. Its deflection temperature is above 190℃ and heat resistance is 240°C. It is applied to make insulation structures of low voltage electric parts、daily use utensil accessory etc where needs higher heat-resistance.

Note:After moulding material is preheated, must join the mould 20-40 second then exhaust air in mould to add again to press.

5.Package and storage

This product is packed the bag of brown paper of lining damp proof paper bag and polybag or weave plastic bag, net weight is 25kgs. We pack to indicate product type, batch number and weight, make date sign.

This product is unfit for to be made moist and be heated, should be stored in the storehouse of dry ventilation, must not be near fiery source and radiator or by sunlight, store the day that expected from production to rise to be one year, exceed to store issue, according to function target requirement, inspect qualified can still use continuously.
