1.Characteristic and usage

EA-5557J is a type of injection phenolic molding compound that has mechanics and heat-resistance and flame-resistance superior than that of EA-5555J. It has a variety of colors including black、red、green、yellow and grey etc. It is produced by our own patent technology (ZL95111743.3) with high long-diameter ratio inorganic reinforcement. Its Tg is above 190℃, flammability properties is V-0@0.4mm. It is applied to low-volt insulation electric accessory where needs higher mechanics strength and heat-resistance,e.g., insulation parts of high solder resistance.

Note:After moulding material is preheated, must join the mould 20-40 second then exhaust air in mould to add again to press.

5.Package and storage

This product is packed the bag of brown paper of lining damp proof paper bag and polybag or weave plastic bag, net weight is 25kgs. We pack to indicate product type, batch number and weight, make date sign.

This product is unfit for to be made moist and be heated, should be stored in the storehouse of dry ventilation, must not be near fiery source and radiator or by sunlight, store the day that expected from production to rise to be one year, exceed to store issue, according to function target requirement, inspect qualified can still use continuously.
